Join us for a complimentary session designed to elevate your fitness routine, challenge your body, and help you discover your full potential. Our Community Classes offer a high-energy, boutique workout experience tailored to all levels. Combining alignment, strength, and conditioning, these sessions are the perfect opportunity to experience our signature fitness formats in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Please check the schedule to choose your preferred format. Important Note: Spots are strictly limited. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation in advance so someone else can take your spot. What to bring: Comfortable workout attire and your favorite grip socks or bare feet, depending on the session. And water bottle. This class delivers a unique fitness experience by concentrating on: - Refined Movement: Elegant, graceful movement guided by the beat of the music. - Total Body Tone: Sculpt lean muscles and a strong, stable core. - Mind-Body Connection: Improve poise, coordination, and body awareness. Cancellation Policy
All classes will begin and end promptly as scheduled. If you arrive late, the full class fee will still apply, and no refund will be issued. You can cancel or reschedule a class through our app or website up to one hour before the class start time. Special event classes are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. For assistance, please email us at mgballetandfitness@gmail.com. In the rare event of an instructor emergency cancellation, we will either reschedule your class or issue a cancellation.
