Each class is 50 minutes long 10:00 AM | Barre Instructor: Marce Our Barre Class is an upbeat, high-energy workout designed for maximum full-body toning. We combine the elegant structure of the ballet barre with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It’s perfect if you enjoy upbeat music, are seeking to improve functional strength, and love the invigorating "shake". No dance background is needed! Cancellation Policy
All classes will begin and end promptly as scheduled. If you arrive late, the full class fee will still apply, and no refund will be issued. You can cancel or reschedule a class through our app or website up to one hour before the class start time. For assistance, please email us at mgballetandfitness@gmail.com. In the rare event of an instructor emergency cancellation, we will either reschedule your class or issue a cancellation.
