Our Premiere Course of 2026 Kick off your year with grace, strength, and a new creative outlet. Whether you are fulfilling a childhood dream or looking for a refined way to stay active, our Absolute Beginner Ballet course offers a welcoming space to start your journey from the very first step. Schedule Days: Mondays & Wednesdays Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM Level: Absolute Beginner (No prior experience required) Why Choose This Course? Adult ballet is more than just learning to dance; it is a holistic workout for the body and the mind. Foundation & Technique: We focus on the core principles of classical ballet, including proper alignment, turnout, and positions. Mindful Movement: Treat each class as a session of moving meditation. Focus on your breath and posture to melt away the day’s stress. Cognitive Agility: Dancing is "brain work." You will improve your memory, coordination, and musicality by learning patterns and rhythms. A Supportive Community: Join a group of like-minded adults in a safe, non-judgmental environment where the focus is on progress, not perfection. Attire, you may wear traditional leotards, tights, and skirts, or simply opt for comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes.
