Ballet Conditioning
Service Description
This class is designed to give you the strength, alignment, and technical foundation for successful pointe work. Even if you're not planning to go en pointe, this class is a fantastic way to develop a stronger and more confident ballet practice. Our curriculum includes floor, barre, and center work, with conditioning exercises to help you develop the specific muscles needed for stability and control. You can participate in flat shoes to focus on strength building, or wear your pointe shoes if you have previous experience. If you are new to pointe, we will conduct a readiness assessment to ensure your safety. To gain the most from your training, we require students to be enrolled in at least one additional ballet class per week.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All classes will begin and end promptly as scheduled. If you arrive late, the full class fee will still apply, and no refund will be issued. You can cancel or reschedule a class through our app or website up to one hour before the class start time. Special event classes are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. For assistance, please email us at mgballetandfitness@gmail.com. In the rare event of an instructor emergency cancellation, we will either reschedule your class or issue a cancellation.
