This class is ideal for those with basic ballet knowledge who want to reinforce their foundation and technique. Each session includes barre exercises, center work, and jumps to refine movement and improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. If it’s your first time doing ballet, we recommend starting with our Absolute Beginner Ballet Course.

After joining this course you will have the foundations and confidence to join our Beginner Ballet class!
